Terms of Service

These terms govern your relationship with AfriNexis and the use of our services. Please read them carefully.

01.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or engaging AfriNexis for any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please discontinue use of our website and services immediately. These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and partners.

02.Our Services

  • Market entry strategy and advisory for brands expanding into African markets.
  • Strategic partnership facilitation and brand alliance development.
  • Brand marketing, communications, and campaign management.
  • Event activations, experiential marketing, and sports marketing.
  • Digital strategy and pan-African audience engagement.

03.Client Obligations

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for us to deliver the agreed services.
  • Designate a primary point of contact with authority to make project decisions.
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines to avoid project delays.
  • Make payments in accordance with the agreed schedule set out in your service agreement.
  • Ensure that any materials or content you provide to us do not infringe any third-party rights.

04.Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of AfriNexis and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Work product created for clients as part of a paid engagement transfers ownership to the client upon receipt of full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. AfriNexis retains the right to reference client work in its portfolio.

05.Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared in the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any agreement and does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

06.Payment Terms

Payment terms are detailed in individual service agreements or proposals. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. AfriNexis reserves the right to pause or suspend services on overdue accounts and to charge reasonable interest on late payments in accordance with applicable law.

07.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AfriNexis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total aggregate liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

08.Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. AfriNexis reserves the right to terminate immediately if a client breaches these terms, fails to make payment, or engages in conduct harmful to our reputation or operations. Upon termination, all outstanding fees for work completed become immediately due.

09.Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kigali, Rwanda.

10.Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
